LCSW and LMFT licensed lead counselor and consultant for Casa de al Vida's 24/7 long-term residential treatment programming for 14 years serving ages 18 yeas old to 69 years old. Rik is also a practicing psychologist outside of Casa's weekly onsite programming. 

Berkeley Place Inc.'s Program Director of the City of Berkeley's Deaf and Disabilities Project, where Pam has spent 27 years as a caseworker, interpreter, and an advocate of cultural mediation ranging from ages 5years old to 70 years old who suffer from acute to moderate deafness and disabilities.  

 Licensed Special Educator who also serves as Administrative Assistant to Berkeley Place Inc. for the last few years. She assists in administrative office tasks and reporting for the City of Berkeley's Deaf and Disabilities Project. 

Interim Executive Director of Berkeley Place Inc. since November of 2021. Associate Board Member of Berkeley Place Inc. for 15 years solidifying funding and advocacy for client support services of long-term residential treatment for Alameda County. 

Board Secretary of Berkeley Place Inc. since 1972 as one of its founding members alongside Alameda County's and the greater Bay Area's champions for community based mental health and  long-term residential treatment housing. 

Board President of Berkeley Place Inc. for 27 years, assisted in the launch of the City of Berkeley's Deaf and Disabilities Project and keeping us informed on best practices for our residential treatment program. Dr. Fisher also works as a practicing psychologist outside of Berkeley Place Inc.
